Startup Accelerator Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks
We distribute our tasks in an agile way according to priorities, time resources and personal preferences. We do not have rigid structures and hierarchies.
Our core tasks include:
- Startup consulting, especially on problem-solution fit/ product-market fit/ business model
- Advice on early-stage financing
- Implementation of our startup formats
- Community building in the nationwide green tech startup ecosystem
- Strategic further development of the Accelerator
Who are we looking for specifically?
We are looking for someone with professional experience in a relevant field. You have gained practical experience with your own startup or in-depth knowledge in central fields such as business modeling or financing! You quickly recognize where a startup stands and can help in a concrete and structured way! We are looking for a winning personality with a passion for tech startups. Fluency in German is a prerequisite.
For the position of Startup Accelerator Manager, it is particularly important to us that you fit into our team. We are humorous, open and direct. We think entrepreneurially, work in an agile way and continuously prioritize our tasks. We are united by our desire for new things: trends, people, tools, methods, etc..
