>SMART> GREEN, is a startup accelerator operating throughout Germany and part of Grünhof GmbH, based in Freiburg. We are committed to making a significant contribution to the success of relevant green tech innovations.

Tasks:
We distribute our tasks agilely according to priorities, time resources and personal preferences. We do not have rigid structures and hierarchies. Our core tasks/formats include:
- ACCELERATE: Business model and financing consulting for the early phase of a business
- PRE-SEED: Advice on financing strategy and implementation of “Start-up BW Pre-Seed”
- GROW: Startup/corporate collaboration matching
- Acquisition of startups and partners for our formats
- Design of new innovative funding formats
- Expansion of our startup ecosystem
- Strategic development of the Accelerator
- Marketing on our channels
Who are we looking for specifically?
We are always looking for persons with professional experience in the relevant environment. Understanding of business contexts is a must. You quickly recognize where a startup stands. Experience in your own startup or as a corporate or startup consultant (e.g. at research institutions or universities) is of course a plus. We are looking for winning personalities who are keen on green tech startups. It would also be nice if you already have some knowledge of the scene. A significant part of our work also consists of project management. You should be up for that.
For the position as Startup Accelerator Manager it is especially important to us that you can strengthen our impact through real teamwork. We are humorous, open and direct. We think entrepreneurially, work agilely and continuously prioritize our tasks. We are united by our desire for new things: trends, people, tech, tools, etc.
As we are mainly active in the DACH region, fluency in German is a basic requirement.
